Free Breathwork Practice for Midlife Women | Resting Wave Wellness
Free 45-minute breathwork practice

You've read every book. Done all the therapy. So why does nothing actually change?

You're not failing at healing. You're hitting the limit of what insight alone can do. The body holds what the mind has already understood — and most of us were never taught how to listen to it.

If this is you

You've done the work — and you're tired.

You're a high-functioning, self-aware woman. You've put in the years. And yet, somehow, you're still —

  • Lying awake at 3am with a body that feels wired, even if your day included meditation, journaling, and good intentions.
  • Reading another self-help book hoping this one will finally make it click — while a quiet voice reminds you that you've been hoping that for years.
  • Articulating your patterns to your therapist with stunning clarity — and still finding yourself living inside them on Tuesday afternoon.
  • Projecting wellness on the outside while feeling disconnected, exhausted, and slightly numb on the inside.
  • Watching yourself repeat patterns you've already understood, named, and promised yourself you'd change.
What's possible in 45 minutes

Forty-five minutes from now, you could feel
more like yourself than you have in months.

First

Your nervous system downshifts

Within ten minutes of guided breathwork, you'll feel your shoulders drop, your jaw release, and your body remember how to rest.

Then

Something shifts

A real taste of somatic practice — the kind of practice your body has been quietly asking for. You'll feel it work in real time.

Finally

You land

Time to integrate, ask questions, and meet a small circle of women on the same path. You'll leave changed — even if subtly.

Your guide

Hi, I'm Molly.

I came to this work during a stretch of my life when the way I'd been holding myself together stopped working, and I had to find another way. Somewhere in that unraveling, I went looking for healing in places I never expected: psychedelics, Reiki, and eventually breathwork. Each one gave me back a little more of myself.

Breathwork and somatic practice aren't trendy buzzwords for me. They're how I learned that my body knows things my mind doesn't. Feeling, not thinking, shows you what's actually there and points you toward how to grow, change, or transform it. And I've watched them do the same for the women I work with — women who've already done the inner work and were ready for what comes next.

The Shoreline is where I get to share the very beginning of this practice with women I haven't met yet. No commitment. No catch. Just forty-five minutes to come back to your body.

What women are saying.

I have been holding onto grief and, after just one session, I felt like I could move forward and begin to let go. Molly truly has a gift for facilitating breathwork and connecting with people.

Erica

I am learning the importance of grounding to aid in trauma recovery. Sessions with Molly have been so helpful and such a beautiful opportunity to be still and find peace within my own body. Sessions are calming and connecting, two things which are normally very difficult for me to experience.

Common questions

What you might be wondering.

I've never done breathwork before. Will I be okay?
Yes. The Shoreline is designed as an entry point — gentle, beginner-friendly, and trauma-informed. You'll be guided every step of the way. Nothing is required of you. You can keep your eyes open, stop anytime, or simply observe. Your body will know what it needs.
Is this really free? What's the catch?
It's truly free. There's no upsell during your time here, no surprise pitch, no time-share moment. The Shoreline is how I share my work with women I haven't met yet. If you want to keep practicing on your own afterward, I'll point you toward Five Returns — a small set of guided audio practices you can come back to anytime. If not, you've gained forty-five minutes of practice you can take with you anywhere.
Do I need to be on camera?
No. Camera-on or camera-off is your choice. Many women keep cameras off the first time and that's completely welcome. The work happens in your body, not on the screen.
What do I need to bring?
A quiet space where you won't be interrupted, a comfortable place to sit or lie down, and water nearby. That's it. No equipment, no prep, no preparation needed.
Can I attend if I have a history of trauma or anxiety?
Yes — and the practice is specifically designed with this in mind. All breathwork is trauma-informed, gentle, and slow-paced. You're invited to opt out of any practice that doesn't feel right for your body. If you have specific medical concerns, please check with your healthcare provider first.
What if I can't make this week's session?
The Shoreline is held weekly. When you register, you'll see all upcoming dates and can choose what works for you.
