The Shoreline — A Free 60-Minute Experience with Molly Tanner
A free monthly gathering

The Shoreline

Where we begin.

60 minutes · Live on Zoom · Free

The shoreline is the place where two worlds meet — solid ground and the wide open sea. Where you can stand, breathe, and decide whether to wade in.

This is that place.

A free 60-minute gathering for women who are quietly tired of thinking their way through life.

The Shoreline is held once a month — a small online circle where you can experience breathwork and somatic practice for the first time, hear how this work actually feels in the body, and meet me before deciding if anything more is right for you.

No pressure. No prerequisites. Just an hour to come back to yourself.

What to expect

An hour, held with care.

Half teaching, half practice. All of it grounded in the body.

First

A warm welcome

A short introduction — to me, to this work, and to the women in the circle. We arrive together, gently.

Then

A guided practice

A real taste of the work — guided breathwork and a somatic practice you can feel in your body. The kind of hour your nervous system has been waiting for.

And

Space to land

Time to integrate, ask questions, and hear what came up for others. No performing, no perfect answers. Just shared experience.

Come if

This hour is for you.

  • You're a midlife woman who has done a lot of inner work — and still feels the gap between knowing and being.
  • You're curious about breathwork or somatic practice but haven't found the right entry point.
  • You're considering the WAVE Method and want to feel my work before committing to anything more.
  • You simply need an hour where nothing is asked of you except your breath.
Twelve months · One rhythm

A year of Shorelines.

Each month, a new theme calibrated to the season and what midlife women are typically navigating. The shape of the gathering stays the same — gentle teaching, guided breathwork, somatic practice, and held space for sharing. Only the conversation changes.

If you want to wade in deeper

Beyond the shoreline,
there is the WAVE.

The Shoreline is exactly what its name says — the edge. For women who feel called to something deeper, the WAVE Method is a 6-month guided journey online for midlife women ready to bridge the gap between knowing and embodying — through breathwork, somatic practice, and community.

Come to The Shoreline first. See how it lands. The deeper water will still be here.
